Wall of Impact Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds and returns for both counselling services and physical frames provided by Wall of Impact. By engaging our services or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

1. Counselling Services

Refunds: if you don’t wish to continue further after the counselling session you can inform us within 24hours of the counselling session after 24hours we start working on your personalized frame so refund would be limited. Refunds will be issued at our discretion and may be subject to a processing fee.

Returns: As counselling services are non-tangible and provided on a one-time basis, returns are not applicable. However, if you encounter any issues or concerns with your counselling session, please contact us, and we will work with you to address them to the best of our ability.

2. Physical Frames

Refunds: one you approve to start making the physical frames there will be no refund as we already finished digital designing process. If you don’t want physical frames we can deduct digital design cost and return the money which is for physical goods Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping charges, and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Returns: After receiving wall frames there will be no return only if it is physically damaged. To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a return authorization and shipping instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within [15] business days.

3. Exceptions

Custom or Personalized Items: Custom or personalized items, including customized counselling sessions, are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Digital Products: Digital products, such as downloadable resources or digital content, are non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded.
